What are the different types of three-level inverters?

Three-level inverters can be categorized into two main types: T-type and neutral-point clamped (NPC) inverters [6, 7]. T-type inverters have a less complex design than NPC inverters. However, high-capacity design has limitations because of the same rated voltage of switches with two-level inverters .
